INTERESTED IN BECOMING A VENDOR?
With over 1,500 spectators and a prime location at the River Edge Car Show it is the perfect place for vendors like you! Here's what you need to know...
BASIC INFORMATION

Vendors will be allotted a 10'x10' area where you can set up a tent, table, displays, etc.

If you require a larger area you can request two 10'x10' spaces

If registered in 2023 Early Fee is $15.

Early registration is $30 per 10'x10' lot until June 30th. Checks are not deposited until day of show and are destroyed if show is canceled. There is no rain date for this show.

After June 30th registration is $50 per lot.

DAY OF SHOW

Vendors may enter Show area at 7:00 AM to unload. Vendor's vehicles may be driven and parked in designated areas only.

Note this year the River Edge Car Show will be at River Dell HS south lot.

Vendors must remove their vehicle from Show area by 7:30 AM and park in Middle School lot.

Vendors must remain at their booths and be adequately insured.

The show organizers will not be responsible or liable for any damage to vendor's property.
HOW TO REGISTER as a Vendor
To register fill out the PDF form and mail before June 30th with your $30 check made payable to

If the show is canceled we will not deposit your check. After June 30th $50 fee.
