BEFORE THE SHOW

DAY OF

  • Distributing flyers

  • Transport Car Show Equipment

  • Hanging signs and banners

  • Posting direction signs on streets

  • Compiling registration information

  • Planning vendor layout

  • Speaker/electrical set up

  • Coordinating vendors

  • Parking cars

  • Event photography

  • Managing day-of show registration 

  • Trophy presentation

  • Running the sales tent.
